Elizart is a holistic healing service integrating evidence-informed practices such as yoga, art therapy, and sound-based modalities. Each session is individualized to meet your specific needs—whether you are working through stubborn stinky trauma or seeking some fun creative expression!

  • Nothing!

Every session is different. Techniques range from intentional meditation to sound healing to breath work to movement and of course tactile manual art. It’s a safe, secure space that'll welcome clients to heal through paint, sculpture and even lucid dreaming.

  • After a quick phone call, we’ll curate your session.

Trauma is like a mould- we help it move out! The mind and body are an integral system so it’s key to let them work together when healing.

Not only does art produce dopamine and reduce cortisol. Art heals by engaging sensory, emotional, and motor brain regions (right side), promoting neuroplasticity and emotional regulation.

Language is limiting- nonverbal communication is key when understanding and moving past stored trauma. Art allows you to understand and process experiences without the need to relive it.

Yoga is older than the Bible for a reason. The benefits yoga brings to the mind body and soul are endless even seated classes for the stiffer crew!

  • Eliza is the founder of Elizart.

She believes popping a pill is not the solution!

Born and bred in London, she is culturally aware and has overcome her own journey with mental health challenges.

Through consciously creating her own reality, Eliza discovered the transformative power of holistic healing—and now encourages others to do the same.

What began as a volunteer effort has evolved into an international business, offering guidance and support for people of all ages and at every stage of their wellness journey.

What the people are saying

  • "We have had the pleasure of Eliza doing art classes at my food bank. She sometimes reads some poetry and we get inspiration from that or she will have a subject that we’ll discuss first and then we can either draw or we can paint or we can do collages we can you know see inspiration from whatever we like. what I love about it is there is no wrong or right. The group of people are typically around 15 people that attend and she’s been doing it I think now for six months and honestly, there is now a waiting list of people that want to attend. She’s absolutely fun and inspiring. We couldn’t recommend her enough she’s special and the clients seem to love her. "

  • "I have witnessed firsthand the positive impact of Eliza's work. Her thoughtful, trauma-informed approach and creative spirit make her art therapy sessions a valuable resource for anyone—especially those recovering from trauma or dealing with mental health issues."

    Apax Carehome Manager

  • "I have experienced Eliza's art classes twice now on a one-to-one session. I'm a mature lady and really didn't know what to expect. I was actually quite blown away by it. She helped me calm myself down because I've been going through a very stressful period in my life. She meditated with me and played music and then we did really reflective art based on the things I've been worrying about. I couldn't recommend it enough and I think this person is a healer and quite extraordinary and I look forward to seeing her again"
